How do I get started?
Do I need an account to order a transcription?
Is my information secure?
TranskriptWunder meets the EU GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION . Your audio and video files are securely stored within certified German data centers and never shared with anyone other than the transcribers working on your files. If you would like to have your files broken down this way for greater security, just let us know and we can easily set it up for you.
Our transcribers are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (in fully compliance with the regulations of the EU GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION) with us before working on any client project. In addition, a non-disclosure agreement between you and TranskriptWunder can be provided to you before the project starts.
Once your transcription is done we will let you know via email. For security reasons, we can use secure data transfer services such as wetransfer.com to send you the result.
What kind of audio and video files can you transcribe?
We currently support the following digital audio and video file extensions:
Audio: acc, aif, aiff, amr, ape, au, cda, gsm, flac, m4a, mid, mp3, mpga, ogg, raw, shn, sri, vox, wav, and wma.
Video: 3g2, 3gp, avi, flv, m4v, mov, mp4, mpeg, mpg, video, and wmv.
If you have a digital file in a format not listed here, please let us know. We are adding more and more file formats all the time.
We do not support non-digital files at this time, but please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We still may be able to help you out. We like to be creative.
How do I order a transcription?
2. We send you a secure payment link, where you can via credit card or paypal. Recurring customers can also pay via invoice.
3. When your transcriptions are finished we will notify you va e-mail and send you the result via a secure data transmitting service.
Do real people actually transcribe my audio and video?
Can you handle large projects?
We love large projects! We have staff that we can dedicate to larger projects to make sure your experience is as smooth as possible. We think the TranskriptWunder website is pretty darn good – however, dealing with a large number of files can be tricky through a website. At a certain point it becomes easier to just work directly with one another. We currently work directly with many of our larger customers.
Is there a real, live person I can talk to?

What happens if I'm not happy with my transcriptions?
We would be very sad if you were not happy with your transcriptions. Beyond our own internal sorrow we offer you to rework your files until you´ll be satified with the result.
